All Lab Packs, Overpacks and Salvage Drums are constructed of tough, chemical resistant high density polyethylene. Overpacks meet Groups I, II and III packaging standards for hazardous materials. They are also nestable and include UV inhibitors. Screw top lids provide a secure tight seal and allow the container to incinerate completely. Compliance: DOT 49 CFR 173.25.
Labpacks have screw on lid and are ideal for storage, clean up and spill containment of containers 5 gallons or less. Compliance: DOT 49 CFR 173.12.
Salvage Drums are used with damaged or leaking containers of hazardous materials or used absorbent materials contaminated with hazardous substance. Require "Salvage Drum" labeling and must pass a 3-PSI pressure test. Compliance DOT 49CFR 173.3.
The 21299 Poly-Overpack™ 95 safely contains a wide range of hazardous materials, including acids, corrosives and damaged parts in 55 gallon drums. 95 gallon capacity. Poly-Overpack™ 95 with wheels is great for mobile spill kits. Regulations: UN/1H2/X113/S.
